The standard period of a conveyance is 42 days (6 weeks) by default, however we often negotiate longer or shorter settlement periods to suit our clients’ needs. We have been known to settle properties within 14 days or can extend the period for over 6 months.
For other property matters please contact us for a personalised view of how your property related matter may take to complete.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5pm. However, if you have an urgent matter and require our services over a weekend we are happy to accommodate your request subject to availability.
